JINMAN offers flexible custom manufacturing and wholesale services for brands, boutiques, and retailers. Our minimum order quantities are structured to accommodate different material types and production requirements.

How MOQ Works
The MOQ applies per design/style. You can mix colors within the same design to reach the MOQ. For example, if you order a leather tote bag in 3 different colors, the 200-piece MOQ can be distributed across those colors (e.g., 70 Black / 70 Brown / 60 Camel).
What We Need From You
- Design Reference: Photos, sketches, or a reference bag you'd like us to replicate or modify.
- Material Preferences: Leather type, color, texture, and any specific finish requirements.
- Hardware Selection: Gold, silver, gunmetal, or custom hardware finishes.
- Logo/Branding: Your logo file (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG) for custom branding.
- Quantity per Color: Breakdown of quantities for each color variation (if applicable).
Custom Manufacturing Process
Our proven process ensures your custom order meets your exact specifications:
1. Consultation
Share your vision with us. We'll discuss design, materials, and budget to align expectations from the start.
2. Sample Development
We create a pre-production sample for your approval. The sample fee is discussed during consultation and is typically credited toward your bulk order. Sample production takes 7-14 days.
3. Sample Approval
Review the sample. We'll make up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure it matches your vision. Additional revision rounds may incur a fee.
4. Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved and a 30% deposit is made, we begin production. Production timeline depends on the complexity and quantity.
5. Quality Control
Every bag undergoes rigorous inspection before shipping. We check stitching, hardware, material quality, and overall construction.
6. Shipping
We arrange shipping with your preferred forwarder or can recommend trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs are not included in the production price.
Pricing
Custom manufacturing pricing depends on multiple factors:
- Material Cost: Leather type, quality, and thickness significantly impact price.
- Design Complexity: Simple designs cost less to produce than designs with intricate details, multiple compartments, or complex hardware.
- Hardware: Custom or premium hardware increases cost.
- Quantity: Higher quantities typically reduce per-unit cost due to material bulk purchasing and production efficiency.
- Packaging: Custom packaging, dust bags, and branded boxes are available at additional cost.
