  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you reside, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country shall apply.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to any transactions conducted through the Site.
